The room had a balcony, a private bathroom, and fresh towels all set up for us when we arrived.

the room of the hotel was spacious and cozy with very nice balcony, bathroom, fresh towels. the balcony had chairs and tables. the staff members were excellent and amiable.

The location was particularly good and great with a tube station minutes walking distance from the accommodation. You can find A Penalva da Graca within walking distance of the hotel to a have lunch.

The venue was friendly, I truly enjoyed the stay and the location was amazing near to the city center by walking and the downtown where all the attractions apart from Belem are, also the train stations for Cascais and Sintra and a tube station so convenient for getting out-and-about. The room was cozy, had central heating and TV set. It had big beds and a NICE bathroom. The personnel was good and lovely, and the owner too.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The location is superb, as it is very close to public transport, particularly the metro station. It was only a short walk to popular downtown areas. The cleanliness of the room was excellent, and the hotel facilities were excellent. The staff was friendly and always willing to help.

One thing that could be improved is the cleanliness of the towels. We noticed some holes in the towels and they were not as clean as we would have liked.

We recently went on a romantic escape and found a budget-friendly accommodation with helpful staff. the location was great, within walking distance of the city center and close to the metro. There were plenty of shops and restaurants nearby. Plus, we really enjoyed the hot water in the shower and the fact that the walls were solid, making it quiet at night.

We did have some issues during our stay. When we arrived, our room wasn't ready and there seemed to be some confusion about our reservation.
